No tracking information. No idea when shipment would arrive. Only information was, “it shipped “. No ability to deliver with”signature “. Package left at door. Bell was never rung. I will be using “Sweetwater” for future purchases.

My new Martin OOO-18 arrived with obvious finish issues. After immediately reporting this and much prodding to get a response I received this reply "Management has responded and are not seeing the issue with the guitar from your photos. They said you can polish it if you like" The fact that the guitar did not come with a Martin Warranty card makes me wonder if this was a previously returned guitar. The Violin was beautiful but it came with 2 bad strings on it. He is not able to play until I am able to get it fixed. Something new should be fixed already.
Product arrived scratched and dented in damaged packaging. Going to attempt to fix rather than the hassle of returning
