Order was cxl’d three times finally made the payment through Amazon pay but the 3 customer service/sales rep who ever they were made my experience even worse. The first person apologized for the tone and attitude but after that it was downhill. When I need to make more purchases like this I will not be coming back to Sam Ash.
I have had an excellent experience ordering from Sam Ash. They shipped my order in 2 days. I'm waiting on a tuner that will arrive tomorrow and I ordered a guitar that I'm sure will be here sooner than later. I tried to order from guitar center and it was a horrible experience. Stick with Sam Ash.
I purchased a guitar on Samash.com and it was completely broken when it arrived two days later. I’m hoping someone reaches out but so far just long wait times on customer service.
You sold me an item that wasn't even in stock. Communicated horribly throughout the process. Continuously had to call customer service to get status update. When employees didn't know the answer they said they'd call me back. No one ever called back until I escalated the call which I shouldn't have to do to find out what the status is of $4000 that I happily gave over for items. Then found out the item wasn't in your warehouse.
Guy on the phone was a real a$$ hole. Felt like he thought he was doing me a favor selling me a $1200 guitar.
Respond to my email request ? Why separate shipments ? You send a survey before you answer a question ?
My online sales rep. totally embarrassed the competitors (Guitar Center, Sweetwater etc.) with his fair & honest customer service abilities. I had a particular price range that I had committed to as a retiree and after much research and patience from the rep., I locked down the transaction that same minute. I later called the competition to let them know that they can’t touch Sam Ash’s pricing or customer service. Thank you Sam Ash!
Packaging was horrible. Box was opened/had holes everywhere
