SDPAC - Is an amazing place for patients. It has everything you need for care. Therapy, Nursing and Respiratory. The staff are amazing and the building is flawless! Highly recommend.

I stopped by to visit SD Post Acute in the Hope that One Day my Disable Brother could be Admitted there. Unfortunately there was a One Year Waiting List. This Care Facility was Very Clean & the Staff and Nurses were Very Kind to the Patients. I Hope One Day my Brother Richard will be Allowed to become a Member here?

Had the chance of touring this facility and was really impressed, starting with receptionist greeting me with a big smile. The entire facility is super clean no odor what so ever. Nursing team was so polite as well. Their patients looked happy as well. Overall great facility.

Amazing staff, the Assistant Director of Nursing was so attentive to my questions and my families needs. She made me feel heard with all my questions. The receptionist was helpful in directing us where to go to find the correct room and admissions department to sign all our paperwork.

San Diego post acute is a beautiful facility and the staff are very welcoming. I can see that residents are happy here and the staff are very attentive and caring. I would recommend this facility for short term rehabilitation for your live one.

My Grandma Marcela was staying @ San Diego Post Acute for about 3 years after being hospitalized. She was put on Hospice per Doctor's order. The Staff @ SDPA were always so nice to my Grandma and took really good care of her. The staff even helped arranged her 96th Birthday family get together on site. It was memorable. Grandma Marcela recently passed away at the facility and the Social worker, Nurses and CNA's were so caring and understanding. On behalf of my family...we appreciate everything you did for her. My weekly visits to a friend there have been a pleasant surprise! The staff are very respectful towards all clients! Their kindness towards their folks is evident in how they talk to each individual and their attempts to meets needs! Clean, modern and happy staff = happy patients!!! Major kuddos to your administration.
