This place is great. Diana Look is the most amazing person that I have ever met. I highly recommend them. They even have a lab at this location and it is very hard to draw blood from me but the lab draws it the first time. If your appointment is at a certain time you will be seen within that time.
I have been working with a young lady that I would like to acknowledge. ******************************* she has help with so many issues and is an excellent patient coordinator I want her to give her the praise she deserves. I have been to several of their medical offices and was always treated very well. I am still with Florida Blue and Sanitas. They provide very professional services in Spanish and in English. They have always diagnosed my spouse and my conditions correctly. All quest diagnostics where well discussed. When given hypertension medication, we were followed for a month. Very, very professional people. We highly recommend them.
This is the absolute worst medical company out there!! Unable to get meds due to my physician leaving the company. No visits for 2 weeks!! They say I have to see a new ** before they will prescribe my meds. I guess you cant speak to anyone at a local office all calls are out of area and non of them speak very good English!! Very difficult to understand them. I cant believe that ************ has accepted them as a reputable medical facility. SHAME on you Florida Blue??
THE WORST MEDICAL that I have ever been to. I have a chronic illness that requires medication be available. Seven day waiting for a refill on 2 medication and they keep giving me the run around. DO NOT go to any center of Sanitas you will die waiting. Their customer service at the location is horrible along with the extreme wait time to be seen with an appointment.
They are the worst avoid at all costs medicaly mentally challenged

This Sanitas Medical Center is the worst place you can go . Avoid it . They do not even know how to speak proper English and do not understand you when you call . They take forever to send a referral .
