Verified Renter I like living at this apartment complex, though some damages show from previous tenants. Minor things, and hopefully it doesn't come up in the departure inspection, but if my only gripe are some dents in the floor, I'm fairly happy.
Verified Renter Pretty nice for the area. The maintenance is good at fulfilling service requests in a timely manner! The apartments are a great size for the price of rent!
Verified Renter So far its been good. Had a few things that already had to be fixed within the first month of living here. But otherwise its pretty quiet in the area, upstairs neighbor is loud when walking, walls are pretty thin.
Verified Renter I actually really love the apartment itself. It’s spacious and cutesy. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I’m glad I moved here. The only thing I don’t love is the ancient and screenless windows. Once they fix those, it’ll be perfect.

Verified Renter Best staff everrrr!!! Love the corner of the property. We've been living over 5 years and loving it with no major issues. The shade of the forest is pleasant in the evening.

Verified Renter Moved in 2 months ago and am pleasantly surprised. Staff has been courteous, and the apartment itself is perfect for me. Neighbors have been friendly and quiet.
Verified Renter The apartment is good, it has valet trash and nice patio but because there are so many trees, we are having few issues like bugs, and was not given completely clean while handing it to us.
