Verified Renter The apartment is good, it has valet trash and nice patio but because there are so many trees, we are having few issues like bugs, and was not given completely clean while handing it to us.

The location is convenient, and the community itself is generally quiet and student-friendly. However, one major challenge has been the frequent lag in communication from management.
Verified Renter We moved in April 1 2025 and it has been wonderful. We are on the backside of the property, and it is beautiful. The apartment is spacious, was very clean, and work orders are addressed very quickly. Nothing but good things so far!
Verified Renter Been living here since September of 2022, maintenance has improved greatly on fixing repairs unfortunately Scandia apartments still have a trash problem with neighbors leaving trash everywhere makes you not want to walk the neighborhood because it does not have any curb appeal the apartments could plant flowers and bushes just to add some appeal
