I made an emergency appointment. They were able to see me, which was great. Pros: Clean, comfortable office, not too long of a wait. CON: I asked for a prescription during my visit. The PA agreed to it. It never went to my pharmacy. I messaged twice about it in the patient portal and the third time I emailed the PA directly. My pharmacy still hasn’t received it. This is unprofessional and dangerous!
