The place is clean and the staff was friendly. The doctor took the time to explain what was going on and was very personable. I didn't felt rushed. Feedback and the reason for me not so great review has to die with the communication between staff and patient. I waited an hour to be seen. 30 minutes in the wait room and then another 30 minutes after we moved to the room and waited for the doctor. Dr Tobi Richman diagnosed my wife skin cancer after numerous GOOD doctors saw the rash and did nothing. Grateful we saw her.

ClearlyDerm is the BEST place for ALL your dermatology needs. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are awesome. Dr. Conrad however, is the BEST in my book. I went in for a consultation for BBL Laser and Dr. Conrad noticed a unusual spot on my chest. She wanted to do a biopsy and I told her it's just an age spot. She insisted on doing a biopsy that day. Clearly my first choice! Elizabeth is the Sherlock Holmes of skin cancer detection. Spots and dots I would never have found, zaps them off in a minute, without a scar!!

Dr and her staff are great. Dr. Weatherall is a fantastic dermatologist very knowledgeable about everything i asked about. One of the best dermatologists I've been to.
