Absolutely the worst! Disconnected my 1st call, indefinite hold the second and third call. Never came back to me at all! I can't even talk to someone to get a copy of my records! Holding for 35 minutes and still waiting. Horrible customer service! Don't go here!

I have been going for about 8 months and my acne has almost disappeared all together thanks to my aesthetician Evelyn Lopez!

Whoa, I've been going through it this month, Y'all. "If it's not one thing it's another"; that quote couldn't be any truer. I recently went on a 5 state 5-day road trip and I was Yelping MY HEART OUT! Everything I saw, I was eating it. When you travel to states like West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee and South Carolina...what the heck could go wrong? California weather and skin has definitely taken a toll on my skin. Dr. Crockett was so kind and patient!! Probably the most detail oriented dermatology visit I've ever had. Will definitely keep coming back! Also the front was awesome and able to get me in for a last minute appointment on my day off.

This place is a joke as far as actual ongoing treatment for dermatological care. I was put on a monthly prescription but every time I needed it re-upped and refills added it was like pulling teeth to get it done. This last round I left no less than 5 messages on different days for dr. Crockett (could never get anyone on the phone) as well as their nurses line specifically for refill requests and NO one ever called me back. I was charged over $500 dollars for zero medical treatment, and was tricked into doing so. I lost medical coverage during one of the worst sicknesses I have ever experienced. Due to that I sought help from California Skin Institute. I called and explained my lack of insurance/fear of hidden fees. I was told $300 covered tests and the doctor visit. Evelyn Lopez has been my skincare specialist here at California Skin Institute for a couple months now and I couldn't be any happier. Every time i go there, there is always positive vibes and kindful people.They can be busy sometimes but they have good quality of care. I get my facials every month by Evelyn and she does a wonderful job. Before i started to get my facials here, my acne on my face was bad. We usually go to the Dublin office but they said they don't have facial treatments done in Dublin anymore. My son had an appointment for a facial with Evelyn and we were there 10mins before his schedule 9:50. 10:05 and my son is still waiting... and nobody care to say anything in the front desk so I had to ask. 10:10 came and I had to ask again and they have more attitude to tell you, "what can I do? Please find an MD dermatologist to go to. While the PA Yelena is very personable, it's been almost a week and I haven't received my prescriptions yet. When I called the office, there was no answer and I left 3 messages with no callback from the office. When I called this morning, I was put on hold for 10 minutes at least 3 times.
