This is was the worst dermatology group we sent our patients. We never get the report after they see patients. They never call although we spoken to a representative. Only AI will answer the call.We have to call 5 times and after 5 days only we can treat our patient with skin condition after multiple calls Very poor services.
it is worst ever office service i received in the whole my life. i needed prescription for nail fungus. visited office, they sent me to have blood test- the standard procedure. now this is where the fun begins-it is more than a month they unable to send prescription for the proper amount of the pills to the pharmacy. i need prescription for 90 days, and they keep sending for 30 days, and my co-pay will be 3 times higher!!! the office is really bad! do not go there!
They cannot get ahold of their billing. It's 2025 and I'm repeatedly getting one bill from 2022. I called their billing company and the person said they would check into it, and then I receive an email that the bill still stands but with no explanation. I also sent a copy of my credit card payment showing the total due paid. They ignored it and keep sending me the same exact bill along with texts and emails of the same. My appointment with Margarita Lolis MD was scheduled for 10:50am. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived 25 minutes early. I checked in and was told they were running behind schedule 30-40 minutes. Phone call, text message, or an email would have been appreciated!!! One hour and twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment, 12:10pm, I left because they couldn't tell me how much longer etc.
Dr. Goldberg of Schweiger Dermatology Group is not to be trusted. I spent $1800 for one session of two types of laser treatment to get rid of the red and brown spots on my face. $1800 is a lot of money for (2) ten minute sessions done consecutively. Terrible place, don't come here. They have ZERO sense of urgency and they'll bill you a ton of money. It's impossible to get a hold of them and I have to practically beg them to send me refills because they don't do it without me asking because my genius of a dermatologist gave me 1 refill despite her telling me these are medications i need to be on for months for them to work. Then why not prescribe refills? Fucking pathetic and ridiculous. I saw Tina Fermano. Don't come here.
Subpar service and fraudulent billing, beware! I spent several thousand dollars at Schweitzer for botox and PRP. At each visit, the fee was discussed and I was charged prior to the service. My provider each time was Amy Tank. During one of my visits, I casually mentioned to my companion that I had a rash. Amy interjected and stated "I'll give you a prescription for that." Originally had very high expectations for this plac and ended up very disappointed. ive struggled with persistent hormonal acne for over 5 years and went in with hesitation of getting on birth control/meds. Mellisa miauo seemed to be understanding of this and I thought I could trust her. I was then prescribed a low dose of acne medication by her.
