This review is for the office staff. One of the receptionists is just plain rude. She argues with me about my insurance co-pay each time I have an appointment. I do not have a co-pay. Another receptionist scheduled a follow-up appointment for me, but didn't submit it in the computer. I drove 45 minutes, arrived early for my appointment, only to be told I did not have an appointment. Thank goodness I had a photo of the appointment card on my phone! I am a happy patient for a number of reasons. First they were able to squeeze me with an already tight schedule. Thank you for that!. The office was very nice and well decorated. I met with Dr Michele Mak-Fung. She was nice, professional, reassuring and addressed my issue. I had some anxiety and she helped to put that at ease. My overall experience was very positive and my needs were addressed. Thank you!

I would like to Thank Nicolle(from upstairs) who took the time this morning and went out of her way to find me an available Dr with an open appt after I had a minor emergency. I also want to Thank Dr lusby and her assistant for taking care of my problem and explaining everything and my options and even doing extras for me. And I could not write a review with out mentioning Dr. Ball if you ever have the misfortion of needing Mohs Surgery you wil not find anyone better or more caring than her or her staff. My experience with Kathy has been outstanding! I been coming here since my teenage years for acne and now it's time to take back my skin with a procedure called Fraxel. This review is only about scheduling appointments and not about the doctor. Every time I've scheduled at this place (at least 10 Times) I've always had to wait at least 1 hour before getting seen. It's very frustrating and annoying especially when you have other things scheduled. I most likely won't be coming back here again even though the doctor was great. The hour long wait is just to much!

I was in to see Joe today. I checked in quite easily and the nurse got to me quite quickly. I found Joe's bedside manner to be upbeat, comforting and very supportive. The appointment flew by and I couldn't believe it was as quick as it was - this man has the lightest hand! Thank you Joe!

I went in for my annual exam for a routine cancer prevention followup. The doctor biopsed a new suspicious lesion she found and said she would have the results in a week. The next week I got a call from CSI from a person I never heard of who identified herself by her first name only. She sounded rushed. I asked if she was a clerk, or a nurse, or what her position is. Honestly everyone seemed nice, but this place is too rushed. Dr was only with me for 10 min. It really didn't seem like they cared about your worries. As soon as the Dr walked in she was talking super fast to the point that I didn't know what she was saying and had to have her repeat herself which didn't help cause she just ended up talking faster.
