I wish I looked up the reviews before going! Now I'm the one sulking because I just paid $150 for a 15 min consultation. Like are you serious?? For someone to tell me that they don't know what to do because I'm of "Asian descent?" Well then.. study harder or go get someone who know what to do..? I literally sat there for less than 15 minutes for her to suggest a laser treatment that MAY or MAY NOT work. And hydroquinone which I've already unsuccessfully tried in the past. So dumb.. Don't go here.

This place is awful. It's jam packed and I am sure they are over capacity. People are shoulder to shoulder in the hallways no social distancing at all. Face mask aren't being enforced. Chairs aren't being wiped down in the waiting room. Someone needs to report this place.

I saw a raving review for CSI elsewhere and decided to give them a chance. Clearly, I should have checked Yelp first! I don't even know who I saw as the Dr ran into the room talking, talked super fast the whole time, and then tried running out of the room before I had even asked any of my questions. I had to yell "wait!!!" to stop her. She came back for a minute and then again ran out of the door without checking if I had any other questions or concerns. I took my son to get his acne assessed....CAROLYN did an amazing job educating us with steps to take in which led to seeing Joe and Joanne. JOE took his time to really make my son comfortable and acknowledge that acne is something that he has to deal with and will heal overtime with the help of medication. JOANNE went out of her way to ensure we were covered and provided us with such great care. Watch your billing statements at this place. I had two moles removed and they are trying to charge me for 3 office visits when I was only there once for 20 min.

I've had a number of skin basal cell lesions on my skin, and, thought it was time to get them checked out / removed. I scheduled with Dr. Morganroth, because of his stellar background. He and his professional staff did a great job of removing them. A couple of the lesions were complicated and required careful cosmetic reconstruction. Dr. Morganroth specializes in mohs surgery & reconstruction. He tackled these with confidence & the results were greater than I expected. I am very pleased with the excellent work.

Thank you so much George for going above and beyond in customer service at skin institute in Los Gatos. Joe Gorelick is a talented and a kind being. He does an incredible job on my face. He keeps me looking young. Thank you George at front desk and Joe as RN for making my experience an unforgettable one.

It's a very nice facility and the doctor I saw was pleasant, but I was not impressed by the fact that the front office staff has food delivered to them while they're working. The older lady (receptionist) that helped me had no problem eating her McDonald's right in front of the waiting room! There were many patients coming in that needed to be checked in and she sat there eating her McDonald's & gossiping with another female coworker whom had coffee delivered to her while the other 2 receptionists (a guy & a girl) were the o... read more

I normally go to their other location off Cox with Dr. Ball I love her! But unfortunately she books so far out I had a skin emergency I needed to get in sooner, they set me up with Joe G. At first he seemed overall nice but kinda pushed on a lot of medications. (That are so expensive) Fine I'll try whatever at the point my acne had been. He mentioned Botox & I asked how much they charge for dysport-$5 a unit which was great! I pay almost the same at Rejuve in Saratoga.
