see above This is the second time Scientific has come to our house to install 6 more Marvin Ultimate clad casement windows w/unfinished pine interior and white exterior. Total was 6035.00 These guys are prompt and professional. I was at work when they came with my husband being at home at the time so I expected to do some cleanup. Everything about the process, from getting the quote getting the work done was terrific. Scientific replaced approximately 20 windows in our home.

I had three other contractors come out for estimates (two local and one big box store) and Scientific was the last one. Jon was very thorough and knowledgeable about the product and installation. They were not the lowest of the four estimates, but based on research and in talking to Jon, I felt that the windows Scientific offered (Soft-Lite) would be the best for my needs versus the other companies, that they would do the best job with installation, and that they would stand by their work/product (warranty). We contacted this company in order to inspect the condtion and quality of our windows. The windows wouldn't shut or secure properly. Victor arrived on time and got right to it. He was professional, knowledgable and a credit to his company and profession. He was patient with my questions and was able to explain fiscally responsible options for future work. I would recommend this company and should I need their services in the future, they will be my first call. Evaluated the condition of our windows.
I called them after the great job that they did install a new bathroom window earlier this year. The serice/ salesman was Jon. He was great and responsive to my needs. They installers were Jay and John, super guys that did a great job! Replaced my patio door and screen

Victor was able to come out at a time that worked for me very soon after I called. It took him only a few minutes to find and resolve the issues. He even took the time to show me how to maintain the windows to avoid common problems in the future. He was more than accommodating on price since it was such an easy fix. I will definitely call again the next time we have any issues. We had a couple of casement windows that were not closing properly.

Sometimes, we have to order parts but usually it's possible for us to fix the windows in one or two trips if we have to order parts. We don't fix wood windows. It was outstanding! They were professional, responsive, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very reasonable. Any questions I had, they were very responsive to all of my concerns. I would defiantly use their services again if I needed any additional windows. They replaced all of the windows in our two-story brownstone home.
