We relocated from northern California and were living in a short-term vacation rental during our search for a home. We went in escrow for a property with a two-week close of escrow but backed out half way through. A few weeks later we found another property and again, wanted a two-week close of escrow. I went through the whole pre approval process with another broker before Scott to later find out I was denied because of not having 40 hour weeks all year. This came after we had put in an offer and got the offer accepted. We had 10 days until we were supposed to close and that's when I found Scott. Scott and his team bent over backwards for our loan and got it done only a couple days after our original date we were supposed to close. I won't ever go anywhere else from now on. If you need a loan, Scott is your guy!
Scott and his team are great. Had a bunch of hurdles to clear for a refi and he was able to get everything done. Recommended for anyone doing a mortgage or a refinance!
We were pleased to have had Scott as a lender for us for he was extremely responsive to our texts and very knowledgeable about our situation in the military and how our VA loan could be applied to homes in the San Diego area. Not only did we get the house we wanted, but without his ability to close in 20 days we would have lost out to another bidder.
