We are Ohio residents and were traveling in Florida when we stopped at a motel for the night, our Chevy HHR would not shut off and the ignition key could not be removed. This was late on Saturday evening so I disconnected the positive cable at the fuse box and assumed that we would search for a dealer on Monday. Excellent experience! We were looking for a Ford mustang for a first car for our daughter and saw one in your used car lot. Beautiful car- black convertible with leather seats, low mileage- exactly what we had been searching for, but the price was more than we wanted to spend. My 2005 Chevrolet conversion van required service for an intermittent noise so my wife could safely drive to Nashville tomorrow.
