I WOULD RUN FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL CAUSE!!! WE PURCHASED A 2022 CHEVROLET TAHOE AFTER PAYING OVER STICKER JUST A WEEK AGO FROM THIS DEALER AND IT HAD A GOUGED RIM AND GOUGED RUNNING BOARDS! THE DEALER WAS WELL AWARE OF THIS AND DECIDED NOT TO TELL US WHICH WE FOUND OUT FROM OTHER STAFF AT THIS DEALERSHIP. BUT THIS IS ONLY THEM SMALL STUFF... Would never buy car from them. Charging 30,000 over sticker price. I got it at sticker price from PA.

They are a wasted of time. Very disorganize dealer. They listed the car online that was not ready to sell. They made me go to tell me the car had $3k worth of repairs and they weren't going to do them. I told them to deduct the $3k from the price and I would buy it and they said no.

buying a car here was great. service center sucks and they have horrible customer service. you only deal with the salesman once. the service people you have to deal with the rest of your cars life. Also if you look at the rest of the one star reviews they almost all have to do with the service center. That should speak volumes. My long story short: took my car in for work. got it back with a crack in the windshield. was told it was already there and there was nothing they could do.
Trying to buy a car from this dealer is the worst experience I have every had. After putting down $1000 deposit to test drive a car the next day that was having new brakes installed was a nightmare. Showing up the next day at the appointed time set by salesmen, the car was not ready. Then waiting around for over an hour we started the test drive which lasted about 5 minutes. Gouging even on the preorder corvettes smh. 10k over to wait a year just take your business to Stingray Chevy or many of the other Chevy dealerships that don’t stick it to u Seminole Chevy doesn’t even have the courtesy to give you a reach around.
If I could give a zero star I would. Brought the wife’s car in awhile back. They suggested brakes and rotors cause they were getting close to being done, but she doesn’t drive as much so we put it off. I called to try and talk to her service advisor 3/18/21 around 3:30pm. Yea I know it was a little late and fully expected to just leave a voicemail. Reception answered and left my advisor a “note” for me and that we would call me back that day. had an approved deal ready to deliver i had to reschedule delivery at last minute sales mrg made it personal and discriminated read between the lines and i m a senior citizen they are selling for 2200 less than i was willing to pay proof is in the pudding
