I was interested in a new Chevy. Website said there were 2 available. Jared reached out to me via text only to find out that they DONT ACTUALLY HAVE ANY OF THE CARS ON THE LOT! That was the first red flag with this dealership. Then I felt that Jared was on the rude side while texting, so I chose a different dealership.

Wouldn’t work with my trade in at all. Wouldn’t budge on any of their mark ups (and they have a lot) completely disappointing! Loved the car. Sorry we couldn’t make a deal happen 😢

Although I am pain of a customer I always thought a price on the car would be the price,only to find out otherwise it appears a bright green sticker price is for incentives and the weirdest one is only if you have a non gm car 2014 or up in your household does this apply. A car less then 29,000 was more out the door then that above. I was a 3rd time customer but disappointment in treatment . Good luck to anyone who goes to this dealer. No longer care for Chevy..

Very disappointed. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle for service at Seminole Chevy. I called to schedule an appointment for my diesel truck. I made sure to let the people know it was a diesel I would be bringing in. Upon my arrival I was assigned to an individual who was a "gas" person and could not assist me with my truck. I asked why this would happen and my service person told me that when they schedule it's just whoever you get. Terrible experience, feel I was lied to on several issues, by multiple persons! Would not recommend this dealer! Also, I’ve already written this review once, but miraculously it was lost at the end of it! I purchased a 2023 EV Bolt that they considered used (161 miles)! They led me to believe, (lied) about me getting the $7500 tax credit! They also misled, (lied) about us being eligible for the $500 EVGO credit! Attempted to purchase a used pickup on 10/15. Was told via phone that if I paid a deposit, they would hold it for me and the pickup would be mine. Provided credit card information for a deposit. A short time later received a call from a different salesman, informing me that a customer was coming in to look at the pickup. They did sell the pickup to another party. RUN away from this lot! The service department act like they are so nice but they are there to totally rip you off! They tried to charge me $2200. I found another facility that did the same job for $1100!! Truly do not trust the service so I would say I wouldn't trust any of them.

I spoke with a salesman on Sunday around noon, was told the truck was available and I would be in at 9:30 Monday morning. The dealer was an hour, 20 minutes away from me so, I left my home at 7:45. The salesman called and left me a message at about 8:50 (driving, I didn't answer) that the truck was sold the day before. A call the day before would have been nice so I didn't waste my time and gas driving up there for no reason.
