I dread dealerships and the quick talking salesman with a I dread dealerships and the quick talking salesman with a crocodile smile. I came to David Maus Chevrolet ready to battle. I researched for weeks and saw a truck too good to be true. Good price in great condition. I expected a catch but there wasn't. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from David Maus. The experience is way above the rest of the dealerships. The staff in knowledgeable, and helpful.

Customer service and quality of work rates at the top of the scale at David Maus Chevrolet. Our sales professional Bruce Markgraf was knowledgeable about the vehicles and he spent a lot of time with us answering questions before and during the test drive. Once the deal was completed he went above and beyond to ensure we had all of our questions answered as well as sharing genuine excitement for us in regards to our new purchase. the best car buying experience i have ever had. Did my research on line and the next morning, brandon called me and then the process was mad extremely easy and upfront. we are extremely excited that we have them available to us for all of our future vehicle purchases. i would reccomend them highly. the financing was friendly and courteous and walked us through the entire process. sales managers extremely pleasant. go there. highly reccomend it.

I have had some terrible experiences at other dealers in the past that had made me sour to the whole car buying experience (I dreaded it). I went to David Maus Chevy to test drive a car that was on my list and was helped by a gentleman named Joey. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted and looking to test drive before doing more comparison shopping. Scott met me out front with the keys in his hand, and off we went. Being a female shopping alone can be both an advantage and a disadvantage. Everyone at the dealership was awesome. I've bought from David Maus Toyota in the past and was very happy. I'm glad to see that the experience has gotten even better with this new dealership opening. The salesman was friendly and did everything he said he was going to do. Financing was a little hectic. They could have made that process a little nicer. Overall I would recommend to a friend or go back myself.
