Joseph did a fine job, was very helpful and friendly.As Joseph did a fine job, was very helpful and friendly. As for the sales manager, refused to give me KBB value for my trade. Saw it for sale today for $5500.00 over what they gave me. I know you have to make a profit but that's ridiculous. I feel screwed. Larry

Never again. We had been with Seminole Chevron for y years and purchased 6 vehicles. This ladt experience was the worst eith their unethical practices. We found a new dealership and purchased another vehicle their and will make all of our Chevrolet purchases in NSB

I would give zero stars if I could. From the first interaction with Raphael I was treated horribly. Every question I had was given a short answer and wad treated poorly for asking. Then when he tried arguing with me, I warned him that I world walk out and not purchase the vehicle I had every intention of signing and driving TODAY. He then got super nasty and aggressive. Fine I'll take my money elsewhere, same for my mother that was with me who was also looking at buying in the near future.

Sadly I bought a very expensive vehicle form this dealership and had everything approved before arriving. I purchased the car but the experience was terrible!!

sales Sales person seemed disinterested and didn't know product. He said Chevy didn't have what I wanted and cut off communication. So, I go to Ford.

Great service, awesome sales, terrible financial team I can’t say enough of the sales and service team, they are just awesome. But..... the financial guy that we had was rude, loud and would not even look at you to shake your hand, as for the extras he recommend, he did not understand that they went above our monthly amount we could pay for this car. This person needs a lesson on people skills and perhaps a new line of work.

Deceptive Advertised Pricing Buyer Beware - Deceptive pricing - Bait and switch!!!! I saw a car advertised on autorader.com for $44K and I read the fine print, even called to verify that I could purchase the car for the advertised price with their sales team and then when I arrived at the dealership found out in order to get that price there were "rebates" oh and I didn't qualify for all of them. Don't bother servicing your car here. Let me start by saying I have owned Chevrolet Suburbans for 18 years. I love them! They are the best car/truck I have owned. However, I am sorry to say that the service department there is so unbelievably incompetent it is amazing that they make any money. Bob Oliver, the Assistant Service Manager, is not able to effectively do his job. I took my car to my personal mechanic first. He told me the problem was a known recall. Warranty Advice be very cautious when going over warranty with the finance department, the pitch on why you should purchase it is because of road hazard with the Orlando construction, if pricing is negotiated for the warranty, make sure that “road hazard” is included, otherwise if it just mechanical breakdown warranty, chances are the warranty will not have to be utilized especially on a brand new car within the first three years, therefore there would be no reason to purchase it.
