This dealer has earned my trust. I have never been proposed a service or repair that was not necessary. The service is always prompt and courteous. Pricing is in line with competitors.

Absolutely terrible AVOID if you can. Stay away from Glynn The most incompetent worker I have ever dealt with. Zero communication and lied that my truck wasn't ready when it was. promised me a rental car since they'd be keeping my truck for a few days and I was NEVER given a rental even after asking multiple times. Never go here!
I made an appointment with the robot for Monday at 10:00. I showed up and waited 15 minutes to talk to a service person who then told me it would be a week before they could even diagnose the truck. I should have been told this when I made the appointment but of course the robot can't explain this. Meanwhile my wife had driven 20 miles to pick me up. My truck is a Silverado High Country and this is not the first let down by this dealer. Terrible service! Inconsiderate! Brad C.
Brought my truck in for a 9am service appointment and they kept my vehicle for two full days without starting to work on the vehicle. No communication and no return call. Felt like a scene straight from a Seinfeld epoisode, you know how to take the appointment, you just don't know how to keep the appointment. Wish I would have read the stellar reviews prior to wasting my life with no loaner vehicle.
Worst dealership I have ever worked with. We were scammed into buying an extended warranty by being lied to you about what it would cover. When in fact, it covers absolutely nothing that we were promised. Seminole Chevrolet sells wrecked Trucks, I bought a pre-certified used truck with 30k miles, I paid 40k + a trade in!!!! I would give zero stars if possible. I I made an appointment to take my new SUV in as the computer had been acting up. I needed someone to listen to my issues and then go for a drive to see what it was doing. I showed up for the appointment on time and sat for 20 minutes in line in the car waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there, on time for my appointment. No one ever showed so I left. I will go to a dealership that greets me upon arrival and welcomes my business, be it warranty or cash.
