The staff is very caring and helpful to my mother and brother. The facility has recently remodeled the common areas with new paint, flooring and new table and chairs in the dining room. The facility has a welcoming feeling as soon as you enter it. The facility seems to be short staffed on Saturdays and it may take longer for the residents to get help. I also noticed that they are training new staff so hopefully this concern will be resolved.
The staff is wonderful. The food is great. The activites are very good. We picked this community because they have small houses , we liked the satff, and the people were more of a match for my loved one. We are happy with the community. I am estatic, that A Place for Mom, was able to help me. They have a happy hour, and people that come in and sing on Saturdays. It's a pretty thriving community. There is no complaints, The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. In addition, they are remodeling the community.
Serra Highlands Senior Living is a very nice facility. People are nice and responsible. The place looks a little old, but everything else is great . The price is affordable to me . We will definitely stay there for a while.
my grandma is just starting her search and this community is her favorite. the staff were all so welcoming and [name removed] was very helpful. we will definitely be back when grandma is ready to move.
