My ford mustang just broke after weeks, my car broke in the middle of the highway and my muffler was loose and plate number was also loose and both fell off
I bought a car from them 5 days ago, and in very good faith. Came in bought it the same day, spoke to the sales team and had faith in them. 5 days pass and my tires are at 3,32 and 2,32. Wheel works verified it with a paid service. All I asked them to do was change the tires as I wanted this to be in good faith but nope, told me the tech team marked it as 4,32 on 30th may, and that we're not obliged to make a change. Now I'm down a few hundred dollars and this just leaves a bad taste in my mouth
I find it difficult to get basic service done here, much less anything complicated. In the past I have liked Serramonte Ford and things have gone well but something has changed in the last couple of years and it's not for the better. No one calls me to tell me the car is ready, no one calls to tell me other things need to be done, not even when I pick it up. They don't return calls. You have to keep calling for status on your service ticket

Didn't complete safety recall during $800 maintenance service because I "didn't tell them about the recall"
Had my car for two weeks and the first time I turned it on, the day I got it back, the exact same problem happened. My car also came back with a bunch of scratches and marks.
They never get the car fixed it just keeps going back on a tow truck.

Took so long, I had to follow up for information, returned car with leftover electrical components in vehicle and a red rag under the hood - near/behind the left headlight.

My car (2018 Edge) broke at 30000 miles. My flywheel broke at 65000. It got fixed and the next day it died in the middle of the street. You kept my car OVER 3 months before it got fixed. FORD can do better than that. My car only had 65000 miles! Service manager Henry Buono was kind but had very little to offer me. Very disappointing. Joan Loeffler
