While I appreciated Carlos' help (he gets 5 stars) on the clutch situation, I was able to call another dealership and get the work done for less than what he quoted. I also didn't like the $200 just to check out what the problem is. I'll continue going to the other dealership.

I have never walked away from serramonte Ford with a positive experience. Terrible customer service. My internal clutch has been repaired 3 times in 3 years and this last time they kept the car for over 5 days, and it still is having shuddering issues while it shifts.

They charge almost $200 just to diagnose each concern even though two of them were the same. Advisor never returned my phone calls & did the service without my consent. He said he thought it would be covered by the warranty but it wasnt. He said he gave me a great deal for the work they did, but Im still not happy. They had my car for 3 days! Will not be returning to Serramonte Ford!!

They lost my first appointment, never returned my calls, and service took longer than expected. I have to go there because I'm under warranty.

Had recall done then quoted price for other things needed and then total amount quoted way too much. And to top it off they lost my front license plate there and tried to blame me for it for brining it in with out one till I showed them a picture of it with both plates on truck. If I ever need any service done will definitely go some where else then the dealership there. Now have to turn in my military plate and get another one and then pay again for another set of military plates for my truck

Tried to over sell repair services that another ford dealer said were not necessary. Stated front rotors were too thin but other service dept said they were good. Front axels needed to be replaced but they were charging for three parts when all came as one unit and at one price. Ill never do business with them again.
