Day after I had my service done, I used the windshield washer and it said low fluid. So I guess THAT wasn't checked when it was being serviced. Makes me wonder what else wasn't checked but said it was on the multi-point inspection that was "done."

I waited 21/2months for my car... Ford finally agreed to replace my engine at no cost due to warranty on previous engine.. They were very unprofessional about the entire ordeal...I actually had to buy another car so I could work! They DO NOT treat customers or their concerns with ANY care or personal concerns whatsoever! My car just broke down on the freeway after having it for 2 days!!! Am very upset and looking into legalities regarding Ford's horrible work ethic

They weren't able to find the problem in the car regarding the frequent issue of unable to start even after several jumpstart. There are times the car will suddenly die and won't start even though we already replaced the battery and alternator of the car.

Reliable service but left the car less clean than it came in. Not a big D but would be a nice after paying a premium for repairs.

The sales team seemed helpful until after I purchased the used vehicle (an hour long process for a cash purchase) they informed me it came with only s single key fob. What could have been a nice experience ended up feeling like a cheat. A second fob cost $400, something they undoubtedly knew and purposely did not disclose

Serramonte Ford did not fix my car, which is under warranty. They were not communicative on what is wrong and there service was substandard.
