They reported incorrect milage to Carfax and made my car dirty. They didn't perform the agreed maintenance, topping up fluids etc. Very unreliable service. Then they told me to contact a manager who is not even with the dealership anymore.

Terrible!! My car is still in the shop since Aug. 26. This was the fourth time I had taken the car in for the same problem, Each time they said they could not get the wrench or engine light to come on. The worst part is your service rep and service manager would go days without contacting me about the progress of my car. Nor did either one return my calls. So I've had a rental car since Aug. 26 waiting for Ford to sent a new hybrid battery. Absolutely no communication with the customer.

I brought the car (my 3rd lease) in because the drivers side door hung is making a popping noise as it opens when it is fully extended. I left over the weekend and was called to pick it up on Monday and told that the repair would not be covered under warranty and I needed a whole new door. The service report says the the bolts are stripped - which is not the case! Whatever broke is inside the door and is inhibiting opening the window fully. They weren't able to fix the issue (blue screen back up camera) but they said everything got fixed.

Terrible. I do not have much of a credit score but inherited a sum and was trying to purchase a car outright. First off they wont let you do that. You HAVE to finance the car and then pay off the loan but because of my lack of credit history they would not accept the personal check I wrote even after having me call the bank and verify that there was enough money in my account to cover the cost. Worst car buying experience I ever had and I own 4 cars

Service (routine oil change) was prompt and speedy. However, employees never followed up on questions I had during my visit that they said they had to get back to me on, both simple questions like the windshield wiper from the factory being faulty and more complex questions like removing the Ecoboost's fake engine noise.
