Was a horrible experience. Let manager know I would be waiting for oil change at the time of the appointment over the phone. Needed to get on the road right away as I was heading back over the pass to NV due to a storm coming in. Ended up waiting 4hrs for the vehicle to get an oil change. Was unacceptable : (

Brakes needed to be replaced upon inspection but the parts had to be ordered. Promised to reach out in one week once the parts came in but no news after almost two weeks. It would be a courtesy to at least notify the customer if the parts were back ordered. And this was not the first time similar things occurred: an audio system was supposed to be ordered 8 months ago but there was no follow ups even with repeated inquiries.

Service advisors are friendly especially Henry Bueno the service manager but the cost to repair the vehicle is overpriced also asked to have something done did not follow specific instructions when requested labor rates are quite pricey and repair work is overpriced for a dealership especially when people are on a budget.

The car had a parasitic power drain and Serramonte Ford recommended a Body Control Module replacement (GEM). It was replaced and the problem still persists.

Bought the SUV, Ford Edge used. Immediately had transmission fail. Under warranty they fixed it. Driving away, no heater working. Told them immediately and they said, "Oh, not under warranty - you'lll have to pay" Heat was working before the service on the tranny. Months later, the mounting for the transmission "failed," was wiggling and broke the transmission fluid line. Now they want $3K to fix that. THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU. BEWARE!

Went for the FORD OIL CHANGE AND COMPLIMENTARY MULTI-POINT INSPECTION AND REVIEW VEHICLE REPORT CARD WITH CUSTOMER package. I had already known that the right front tire was leaking air; I wanted to see if they were telling the truth and they failed to tell me about that tire. Instead, they suggested that I needed new tires and that I still had some time, but not a lot. Guess what?! I blew that front right tire in less than 50 miles after taking it back. Im very disappointed to say the least.
