Horrible service 3rd time my car has gone back in 3 weeks

The experience was not pleasurable. I purchased the vehicle. Bought an extended warranty. Traded in a vehicle I was undercut on. Sold back the vehicle. Submitted for a refund of extended warranty. Have yet to receive the refund and it was promised within 30 to 45 days. Not to mention the issue after issue I had regarding the checks they had given me for the trade in and for the purchase back of the c-max. I would not recommend them to anyone trading in a vehicl3. Dissatisfied.

I will never purchase a car from here again. I bought a used car less than a month ago and it had to go into the shop the day after I bought it and now there are more issues. They guaranteed me the car had been thoroughly inspected and was in good order. Now I am stuck with a broken down car.
Be prepared to spend hours to get a basic maintenance service

Very friendly reception, very poor technical skill to work on FORD vehicle. Couldnt fix the problem and add more problems . Highly not recommended.

Service department held the car for 5 weeks with no communication with me about the situation and what they were planning to do to repair the car. I had to keep calling over and over again to get information, not happy with the service provided.

Highly improbable that my car was serviced at Serramonte Ford on 4/22/22. I was 3k miles away in NYC. Not sure where you're getting your info from. However, from my previous experience w/ them, their customer service is left wanting. I requested a key fob replacement in Oct and after a few em to get an update, it took me calling the Mgr who lit a fire under the person who took my original request to finally call me back in late Feb. She didn't even bother to apologize for ignoring my em/vm.

Poor customer service The oil change was a secondary request among other things since the main reason was the truck's seat belt recall. Oil change was done but not the SAFETY recall. I will choose another service facility for your truck maintenance.
