waiting more than 2 hrs for general service is why rated only good, basic servicing requested should only take no more than 1 hr to complete at the most

Serramonte Ford ain't good , bad services and absurds policy
Made an appointment for 8:am. Arrived there at 7:50 am and waited for my car for 7 hours to be finished. Car was done (recall and oil change) at 3:00 pm. I thought the whole point of making an appointment is that your car would be serviced first and for them to deal with the other cars that are just basically walking in for service.

This probably the worst service experience I have ever had for serving my car. The service advisor was aggressive and when trying to explain this has been an on going issue. Where I had brought it to this location twice before.

I don't recommend this shop in any capacity. They are horrible at communication, and the prices are extremely unfair. We found the same service for our water pump at another Ford dealership for $2k less than they quoted us at Serramonte Ford. To make matters worse, once we came to pick the car up after speaking to our service rep the car wasn't ready, and I had to wait 30 minutes while they finished up the paper work they should have had finished the week before.

Really disappointed. Procedures that should take no more than a day end up taking several days, with weak excuses given each time. Last visit, supposed to replace battery (among other things) and never did. Got the old bait and switch on the extended warranty as well. Looking for a new dealer for service as I really don't want to ever return there.
