Liked the early return on car and delivered home... Didn't like that the warranty didn't cover the cost of the issue with the car that is a known flaw with the car and specific motor by Ford

Pamela was fabulous!!! I had a date to get my car serviced the day before I got a flat tire!! She let me bring in the car early and arranged for Lyft to bring me home. Car was serviced with new tires and had a Lyft car come and pick me up and take me to Serramonte Ford!!! That is why Pamela is fabulous!!! Servicing the car was excellent!!

Outstanding service and support from my Team at Serramonte Ford. My Service Advisor, Pam, scheduled my appointment - handled the transport to and from, the technicians did a solid, tidy and timely maintenance on my 2015 Focus - it has well over 200K on it and I think the Team at Serramonte Ford is the key to this longevity!
