My service representative Lucas was excellent! Listened well and very efficient and accommodating. My 2011 Ford focus still runs very well thanks to all their excellent service.

Not bad. We received an excellent price, service was good and people were very professional. One issue with the truck, we discovered all 4 tires were off balance up to 1.25 oz

My experience was okay. It would have been nice to get updates when I was waiting for the finance person and been offered a beverage or water while waiting.
