In the market for a new vehicle. Looking all over California for a Bronco. Found one on the website for Serramonte Ford, called to get more information about a Bronco that they had listed, the salesman calls me and informs me that the bronco that they have listed is a customer order. How can a dealership place a customers order for "sale", I mentioned that this a strange practice. "GREED" is the name of their game ......12,000 market adjustment mark up.... no THANKS..... they are a joke! Would not even work with me. People, please do not buy cars from these dealerships that have these crazy markups.... you are a fool of you pay that much over MSRP. Wish I could give zero stars
Dropped off my Ford for a recall repair 6 MONTHS AGO . Car was completely drivable just needed TCM replacement by "factory recall" . Now 6 months after they have my car with replaced TCM that didn't work , car is not starting at all , not drivable . All they're offering is tow it away from their place . Cheap shop wouldn't ever work with their customer like that
Hard for me to recommend this dealer. So I been buying cars for years. I just got a Ford Bronco raptor and the entire experience was lacking, but this has nothing to do with the cost but the after purchase. The truck came dirty and had to have it washed twice at the dealer then paid for detailing after I got it. sad to get a speciality vehicle that's dirty as hell. we found deep scratches in the window and asked multiple times to help getting it fixed and they never did anything. Horrible experience with Serramonte Ford. I have 2020 Mustang and had zero issues, just dropped off for regular 30k miles service and after got my vehicle back, I started hearing a humming noise while driving and also vibration on the steering wheel! Discussion after discussion, and after spending several days they claimed the issue comes from the tires! This is an A+ definition of "car salesmanship" strategy when they talk and deceive customers. Don't be fooled people. Make sure you are aware when they deceive you with their "no haggling" approach. A bunch of pricks. Run away from this place.
On the phone I kept asking how much lower can they lower the markups and the kept insisting I have to be there. Despite living far I drove there little did I know I will be tricked again. I asked the floor manager hamza what will be my total price and how much lower can they go on the markups but the manager Hamza told me they have to run my credit and it only will lower my credit score by 1 point and I fell for it. The fact that I'm sharing my bad, terrible, frustrating and stressful experience here rigth now only means that the management hasn't done anything to address the issue with the Service Dept. I, myself just experience a terrible experience which is the worst by far I've ever had.
