Very fine dining experience. Better than I thought it would be. Service was excellent; the view was breathtaking. I would recommend Ela's to all. I give it a 10. Thanks Erik
We've been here for 6 nights and this has been our best meal of the trip our. We changed our resorvations from 4 to 8 about an hour and a half before we arrived and they where very accommodating. Julie our "food server" waitress was outstanding. Very attentive and she took care of all our needs. The food was fantastic right down to the desert. I can't say enough. Thank you

A little over priced, Made reservations on opentable and when we arrived I asked for and outdoor table and they said being that I made my reservation on line and didn't call direct I would have to sit inside. Everything else was done very well.

Well worth it! This was by far our best meal while visiting Hilton Head. They offer a great patio that overlooks the water and some boats. The service was top notch all the way around. Our food was OUTSTANDING! We had the pear arugula salad, oysters rockefeller, steamed lobster entree, pan seared scallops, and special for the evening surf and turf. Would recommend this place in a heart beat if you are visiting the island!
Ela's is a great restaurant, great location and great menu. Superb service and fair value wine listings. Unfortunately, the cooking for entrees is inconsistent and that has always been our experience. This time "their" special, Surf & Turf, a 6 oz tenderloin and 6 oz lobster tail produced a medium to medium well tenderloin when ordering a medium rare tenderloin. That just should never happen at a place like Ela's.
