This restaurant is failing at their attempt to be upscale. If the waiter can't pronounce the specials they must not be very popular. Food was average at best , the service was less than average

We went to Ela's for Brunch to Celebrate Mothers Day and had a great experience. It's one of the best view/food quality combination choices on Hilton Head. There was a unique Mothers Day Menu but you could also order off the main list when most restaurants don't let you on special occasions. This wasn't our first visit to Ella's and it certainly won't be our last. We were there this time for their Mothers Day Brunch. We both had the crab benedict, which was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly.
VERY VERY Great!!!! Always excellent food. Tim singing in the bar was an added bonus. Terrific view!
Quality food, excellent service with a great view. The service was really good because the staff all worked as a team. The appertizers stood out because the quality was outstanding, especially the shrimp. If you like steak you was enjoy every bite!
We loved the patio overlooking the water and the boats. Very romantic. Food was great especially the oyster appetizer. I had the Scallops and Risotto. Live music was a nice touch.
Poorly trained waiter. Noise level very high - could not readily communicate with table mate. Fare well presented but a bit over priced. Nice views of the harbor.
