When we purchased our truck we made it clear that it must be mechanically sound(we stressed this many times to our sales person and the finance guy). When the truck was delivered there was still the concerns about it. I was in contact with our sales person and he told me that nothing could make me happy and I was in a rush to get our truck(yes, I was looking forward to getting my new to me truck but once we got a loaner vehicle I didn't care how long it took to make the truck right). I would not recommend Sherwood GMC. I found the staff very unprofessional(swearing and pretend fighting on the sales floor). I was not even approached in the dealership when I walked in and there was many salesman standing around. And on top of that the guy behind me was approached right away after entering. As much as I love my GMC and Sherwood GMC is very close I would take it elsewhere if you want good service and professionalism

Service department does not know what they are doing. Had a Mechanical Fitness Assessment inspection completed as per AMVIC requirement. Argued with the department that road testing the vehicle was not required. they threatened to back out of the deal and demanded a road test. Had no choice but to comply. Reached out to AMVIC and confirmed a road test is not required. This dealership does what they want, not whats required. Be prepared to be screwed over even when you call them out about being wrong.

This man is condescending, sexist, and a scam artist. He did the financing for a recent purchase I did, and I immediately didn't like him based on vibes, but was pleasant. I kept telling him I didn't want a warranty, and that I had been screwed over before, and he told me that without purchasing one I wouldn't be a candidate for financing. Beware of this crook at this dealership for your buying or selling. Misleading the customers and never disclosing the terms on the finance agreement. Report this guy to Amvic for unfair trade practices

I took my vehicle in on Apr 18, 2024 after having a oil change done previous to this at the dealership. They said my oil cooler lines were leaking when I had the oil change done. They sent me what else was wrong with my vehicle, among the oil cooler lines they said to replace both front shocks, they were leaking as well. I thought my extended warranty was still in place, not knowing it had expired three weeks before this. Worst online parts ordering operation i literally hav ever dealt with , no regard whatsoever for my time and whether i should be informed of unavailable parts !! I am completely pissed at how my time was wasted and that i was completely blowin off by their chatbots . Keith Lamar who responded to my email was of no use in this matter !!!

This is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with, the truck we bought had to be given back to engine issue which nearly caused an accident but driving over a pedestrian because the electronics all failed and there was no control over the truck. Then they provided another truck with body faults on it that was supposed to have been repaired & they never took the time to fix it..just to get the vehicle financed without my signature on any bank documents or agreeing to any terms on the purchase!
