Service department does not know what they are doing. Had a Mechanical Fitness Assessment inspection completed as per AMVIC requirement. Argued with the department that road testing the vehicle was not required. they threatened to back out of the deal and demanded a road test. Had no choice but to comply. Reached out to AMVIC and confirmed a road test is not required. This dealership does what they want, not whats required. Be prepared to be screwed over even when you call them out about being wrong.
This man is condescending, sexist, and a scam artist. He did the financing for a recent purchase I did, and I immediately didn't like him based on vibes, but was pleasant. I kept telling him I didn't want a warranty, and that I had been screwed over before, and he told me that without purchasing one I wouldn't be a candidate for financing. I took my vehicle in on Apr 18, 2024 after having a oil change done previous to this at the dealership. They said my oil cooler lines were leaking when I had the oil change done. They sent me what else was wrong with my vehicle, among the oil cooler lines they said to replace both front shocks, they were leaking as well. I thought my extended warranty was still in place, not knowing it had expired three weeks before this. Worst online parts ordering operation i literally hav ever dealt with , no regard whatsoever for my time and whether i should be informed of unavailable parts !! I am completely pissed at how my time was wasted and that i was completely blowin off by their chatbots . Keith Lamar who responded to my email was of no use in this matter !!!
This is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with, the truck we bought had to be given back to engine issue which nearly caused an accident but driving over a pedestrian because the electronics all failed and there was no control over the truck. Then they provided another truck with body faults on it that was supposed to have been repaired & they never took the time to fix it..just to get the vehicle financed without my signature on any bank documents or agreeing to any terms on the purchase!
