Worst place I have ever dealt with, service department is just a cash cow with horrible customer service. I do not recommend going there, I will never go there again. Scam artists would be there highest rating. They are awesome at that.
Sherwood Park Buick GMC provided, not only the worst dealership experience of my life, but probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Add another negative review for this dealership. Dealing with the general manager Jordan is a disaster. Make sure you check out the paperwork very carefully. Tried to think I wouldn't catch them ripping me off $3000 but I did. Was driving a Yukon while i had another one waiting to come from the factory (was only a few months old). Only gave 1 star because it won’t let you put no stars to rate them. They deserve NO stars. Had a deposit on 2 Denalis for over one month. One for me and the other for another family member. They ran credit and was approved. When vehicles arrived we were advised they would not sell to us because they thought we might export the vehicles. The Sales manager would not return my calls. This has to be the worst dealership I have ever worked with. After finding the truck we wanted, and leaving a deposit on it till we could come in person to pick it up, Braeden texted us the night before to tell us they had sold the truck to someone else. There was no explanation of what happened to our deposit, no reasonable explanation of how the inept business could let this happen, and no further apology from anyone at the dealership. I will not be returning for anything other than my free oil changes. Got some maintenance service done and had issues as soon as my vehicle was returned to me. I feel nickel and dimed, purchased a wiper blade and they wanted to charge me additional $20 for labour. Drive up to another GMC dealership in Edmonton they tossed the wiper on for me, no charge and looked at my vehicle right away when I told them the issues. Walked out without paying for anything. That is service Sherwood could learn from
We are unhappy with our service experience. We took our vehicle in to fix our starting issue and we had a check engine light on which we assumed was related to the starting issue. They called us and told us why our vehicle was not starting and also told us of a couple other minor issues of a license plate light burnt out and our hood struts needing replacing. Do not buy a vehicle from this company! Where to start… was told my $45,500 vehicle was basically mint. I live in vernon 10hrs away from them. I went to go get my vehicle… once I got there I noticed the truck was scratched horribly they gave me the fobe key only to find that one did not work. As it sits now they have gave me no choice but to act in a legal matter. Hard to believe when you drove a vehicle they claim to be safe plus that’s gone through there inspection program with zero brake lights They put a fight up for a customer that’s right. And only is asking fir truck to be detailed cut polished nee rim cause the glue they put on broke off after driving down the rd I had to fix the key myself. Not impressed
If I could give zero stars I would we put a deposit on a vehicle and they sold it on us and pulled a bait and switch…..horrible service and they wanted us to buy a vehicle with 45000 more km on it….I would never deal with this dealership again. And for a side note we still haven’t gotten deposit back so we will be taking things to a higher lever and disputing with Master card
