The experience I had couldn't be worse. The sales manager I have dealt was terrible. I wouln't recomand this place to anybody. Avoid.
I and out 25 minutes oil and tires!
I have been taking my Nissan Muranos (2010 and 2015) to Sherwood Park for 9 years and overall, the service has been wonderful! However...not so much at my last visit. On August 29th; I arrived at the Express Lane at 7:20 am to get an oil change and the attendant was very prompt and good; e.g. asked if I wanted the same oil product as last time, mentioned it would be about 1.5 hours, etc. At 7:30 am, I went to the Parts area and asked a young fellow how much it would cost for a new keyless remote and was told to ask the la... read more
This is the second time now I have brought our family car in for servicing to this dealership (normally done by my spouse) and it's the second time I have felt both pressured to spend more than we needed to and was then ignored by service staff who contacted my spouse directly - hoping to get a different answer when I said no to some of the recommended service options.
Not good service.
Regular service. Was as expected only thing I would say needs attention is service reception. Last couple of times I needed to phone, there was no answer or I was left on hold a long time.
Dealership had my car for 6weeks. I brought my car with zero scratches on my radio screen, took it last Thursday, there is a bunch of scratches, emailed the dealership about it, did not get any response. WOW!!
I was told by the rep. that one of the tyre has a puncher and since milage is very low on the vehicle 6K only and less than 6 months it should be covered under warranty, subsequently received a call that it is not covered under warranty not a happy camper.
