Best service EVER!!! Highly recommend Sherwood Chev and Sheila Wilson and Sandra Scarth are amazing to deal with. I needed a new transmission and these two made sure I had a car to drive and were unbelievably helpful. Will never go anyplace else.
I purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 off these guys. To say the least it was a refreshing experience after some of the other places we dealt with. My wife and I found it a very friendly dealership and we didn't feel pressured. We found the truck on autotrader and after sending in an email we were contacted that day. I recently purchased a 2025 Silverado High Country from Sherwood Chev, it was my second truck I bought from this dealer and my last. The sales team was calling me for weeks and I finally decided to answer one day. They were trying to get me to trade in my truck, I wasn't really set on buying a new truck at that point but have been thinking about it so I was curious to see what kind of value I could get for my truck on a trade it. I was sold an absolute lemon, then promised the service department would help me out (they did not) the vehicle i bought needs a whole new engine and I'm sure they new about this because the old codes on it were there when they would have had it. On top of that the day I bought it I had to take it back as the sun roof would not closed. It eats oil like no tomorrow, the passenger side doors both jammed and the dealership reluctantly fixed those. We had an unfortunate bad situation handled by Ryan over the last couple days. At first we were texting with a guy named Samson. Ryan had called us and when we told him we were already talking to Samson he said “do me a favour, stop talking to him, I’ll get you a better deal”. I bought my suv from them almost 6 months ago. The vehicle was to have a set of tires, remote repaired for command start, and a second fob made as it only had one working. I spent weeks going back and forth in a rental. They changed the tires failing to give me the lock nut, or to even torque them, they gave me one bolt for my license plate when I contacted the dealership about the lock nut the response I got was oh well you can order one, I am going through cancer treatments and this is how they have handled everything.
