Incredibly frustrating, disorganized, and even unknowledgeable. Placed a deposit, the dealership lost track of it. I had to re-send the dealer proof and they lost track of it again. When vehicle came in they did not contact me. I attended dealership and asked if they had one in the lot as I heard it came in 3 weeks earlier and the salesperson continually said "Take a seat, let's talk" when I clearly said I had 5 minutes to spare and I was prepared to buy a vehicle that day if they had one on site. After spending $100,000 on a vehicle you think they would care about their customers, they clearly don’t- was promised a lot that was never delivered, the lady in finance was sketchy as xxxx she let my boyfriend trade off my vehicle he wasn’t even on title for, she wasn’t going to take our proof of insurance until I told her too, she photo copied it in front of me but it some how never got put in any system, my old vehicle payments are still coming out and we traded my old vehicle off over a week ago… they keep promising us ... read more
Good staff, however over priced, I brought in my own parts and fluids to have installed and put into my vehicle, CV axel and transmission fluid and they charged me 1200$ to do a transmission drain and top up and to install a CV axel. A 2-3 hour job max costed me a weeks worth of wages not including my own costs to buy my own parts. Very displeased at the way the dealership conducted business. The staff were good and understanding however could do nothing for me about the price gouge.

I recently had service done at the dealership. I was extremely disappointed that there was a $180 charge to diagnose the vehicle. It was a shift to park issue and the diagnosis ended up being close to half of my bill. I know lots of places who waive it or some of it if you get it fixed there. I will be going elsewhere going forward.
Ryan Ayotte was pushy and misleading. Tried to give him a few chances but he kept playing the same run around games with a condescending tone. I asked him to stop contacting me but he continued to. Avoid dealing with Ryan Oyette and you may be fine.

Would not buy another vehicle from here. Bought a brand new 2024 Silverado 1500 RST with the 3.0 Duramax. The truck made it to 5041km and now needs motor work. I called this dealership because I no longer want the truck. The person I called did not even want to talk to me. He couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I have sent emails to the top people at this dealership but have had no response. This dealership just wants your money, and they could care less about you afterwards. They do not value customer loyalty at all.
I came back to this dealership from Spruce grove, because my first experience buying a new truck was quite seamless albeit I did it through fleet services. This was a bit of a different a nd disappointing experience. Nice salesman found a used ford lariat truck that had just came in that fit the bill. They had to do the vehicle inspections etc and a few fix ups, so we had to wait a week. Very slow on a Saturday doing a purchase but understandable I guess. We dealt with Larry Rozumniak who was helping to look for a vehicle for us. Originally we had dropped off my Buick Enclave to have some work done. While waiting for our vehicle, we met Larry. My husband told him that we were also looking for an older Chev/GM diesel and gave him all of the criteria for said diesel. We returned home, NE of Calgary and my husband and he continued speaking with each other .
