This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying a vehicle I was dealing first with Jason I told him what I was looking for then he said they didn’t have that I said ok I will keep on looking the next morning he called me and told me he had found one then Karsen took over and convinced me to put down $500 so that the vehicle wouldn’t be sold I had all the financing in place the next day Jason called me and said that the vehicle had been sold I have been trying for three weeks to get the money back and Jason Is telling m... read more

Dark essential was added into truck and the service department was terrible at communicating to me how long it would take. Then they couldn’t decide if this was a service call or a sales issue. 5 hours later they had the truck back from another location and there was glue on my tailgate.

I’m extraordinarily disappointed. After dealing with who was easily the best sales person I have ever dealt with (Wayne) the vehicle that I purchased used, started showing signs of a starting issue the day after I purchased it. The vehicle I purchased was a Ford they would still have been under warranty through Ford so it was sent to their dealership in the area to be looked at. The issue came back to be some thing. Use to have top notch customer service, my last 2 Oil Changes/Service did not go well, Staff attitude was very poor, cold and short with me. When I asked questions regarding my vehicle, the reply was rude and short, and I was told to book it in if I want to find out my concern. I have had 2 bad experiences in the last 6 months at this dealership, and I have been a customer for the last 15 years. Time for me to find a new service center.

All seemed great to start - closed the deal but was only handed one set of keys! “Don’t worry we have ordered for you” great, several calls and weeks later nothing!! Seems like there is No support after purchase

Right now, I am not happy because I live in the north and cannot just bring my truck when I have issues. I was very specific when I dropped the truck off that I needed this fixed because I drive there once a year. I told the service I need this fixed while I was in Edmonton. When I got my truck back the issue I have with my truck was not fixed. Service was great but NO ONE called to make sure they even were fixing the problem. Poor customer service. We have an appointment at 1:00 pm to pick up the car we bought. It took an hour without any one helped us. I asked for another person, still we waited in vain. What’s the point of an appointment if they let you wait? They put extra hidden charges. Don’t go here.

Could I put lower than 1 star please? I bought a car from them 46k and change. was coming to pick it up and found out on the way that it wasn't inspected yet. No big "they say" take our truck home. 20 days later won't even call me back. Asked for my old truck back won't reply to that. Asked to trade on similarly priced car. No answer. Ignore, Ignore Ignore Ignore. To say I'm mad is an understatement. Also told they call back never did.
