All seemed great to start - closed the deal but was only handed one set of keys! “Don’t worry we have ordered for you” great, several calls and weeks later nothing!! Seems like there is No support after purchase

Right now, I am not happy because I live in the north and cannot just bring my truck when I have issues. I was very specific when I dropped the truck off that I needed this fixed because I drive there once a year. I told the service I need this fixed while I was in Edmonton. When I got my truck back the issue I have with my truck was not fixed. Service was great but NO ONE called to make sure they even were fixing the problem. Poor customer service. We have an appointment at 1:00 pm to pick up the car we bought. It took an hour without any one helped us. I asked for another person, still we waited in vain. What’s the point of an appointment if they let you wait? They put extra hidden charges. Don’t go here.

Could I put lower than 1 star please? I bought a car from them 46k and change. was coming to pick it up and found out on the way that it wasn't inspected yet. No big "they say" take our truck home. 20 days later won't even call me back. Asked for my old truck back won't reply to that. Asked to trade on similarly priced car. No answer. I've boughten a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I went on the list for a new corvette about 2 years ago and my car has finally arrived. Which I was completely okay with as I know they can't show up over night. However it showed up damaged. They smashed up the rocker when pulling it off of the trailer. Came in to get my tires changed over for my 11:30 am appointment. Just before 1pm, I asked about my can and the lady says it could take up to an hour and half. After and hour and have she comes in and I asking where it is again and then goes on to say it could take an hour and half to 2 hours. One lie after another. Terrible! Terrible terrible terrible. Unprofessional. Dealer will add in fees that are not needed, over promise and under deliver! Oh and their “refundable deposit..” they will find a reason to keep it. Don’t trust them! Nothing but a scam of a dealer. I bought my last two vehicles through them, and will not be back. And will not recommend to anyone.
I’ve boughten a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
