Received poor service, unprofessional communication and a credit application put through on a vehicle without my knowledge or permission. Have tried to reach to management multiple times without response, very disappointed in this service.
Terrible service. Added warranties without confirming. Got me to sign sheets that were blank. Also worked my payment out on a monthly basis when I was on biweekly so the payments weren’t what they said. Terrible experience and terrible dealership. I do not recommend going here at all

I am a first time car buyer and owner. I got a GMC 2022 Terrain SLE from this dealership SHERWOOD PARK CHEVROLET. I was not able to see the car personally and do a test drive on this since I am living 380km away. I found their advertisement online. I only have my trust with the sales person who assisted me. I even asked him what is my guarantee that this car is in good condition. He only said that if anything happens the bumper to bumper warranty will cover this. Salesperson Ryan was ignorant. Tried giving me the "I'm a straight shooter" spiel but was a weasel. I clearly told him what I was looking for on trade. He made it seem like that was doable and asked me to bring the truck in "to fetch top dollar". When I said i'm not interested in driving an hour to have you come back at the exact same number you already told me he hung up on me. I couldn’t get clear communication from my service advisor at all and I’ve had to advocate for myself with Chevrolet Canada for a known problem. Very displeased
They don’t mind selling to you but when issues are found that’s it!

I purchased a 65000$ diesel truck here and was presented with a clean carfax and was led to believe that it had never been in any accidents. I realized the bumper was crooked so I did some research to find that the dealership had done 6500$ in body repairs that I was not notified of. It had been only 3 days into my new purchase and the salesman told me they can’t do anything about it and we got into a heated argument.
