i shall not be giving anymore of my cash to these people anymore, I feel as though i'm a second rate customer. i purchased a $60,000 truck and once they squeeze as much money out of you with services and flushes and such, they lose interest in helping. Issues get shrugged off and calls not returned. I will only be going back for my oil changes for life that i've already paid for.

Was sole my Yukon without front floor mats Was told they would look into it - said they would mail me front ones and were sorry. 3+ weeks still waiting on on these floors mats contacted my sales person said he’d find out and still haven’t heard back or seen the mats Pretty disappointing to have to ruin my floor because of this.

My husband bought a Tahoe from them, four months later there is a transmission issue. Now they won't call him back three days later on any answers. Theres no mentioning of warranty in his package even though he has purchased it. My husband bought an overpriced junk vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE!!! there is another review with the same issue as mine

Unprofessional and misleading: this was the worst experience and dealership I have ever interacted with. My husband recently traded in his vehicle for a 2023 trail boss with this dealership. I was interested in upgrading my vehicle for the same truck as I do a lot of highway driving for work and travelling with my family. I wish there was 0 stars Bought a chevy blazer Sept 2021 To start I was sold a car they didn't have. Had to wait almost a week so they could find one after I signed. The back tire wore out to no tread at all. Was told it was under warranty by more than 1 person and to take it to summit in fort mcmurray. Was told by SA as soon as he looked at it that there has to be something wrong with the back of the car as that much wear is not normal and again that it is under warranty. The absolute WORST dealership in Sherwood Park. Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a completely different recommendation than I was given). Took our vehicle in to the service department for a check engine light. Vehicle was only 9 years old with 130000km, has had all its maintenance and no accidents. Do not buy used vehicles from here, they just throw them on the lot and make up a good report saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle, then sell you as is for top dollar later to find out there's problems, not to mention they are now your problems and they don't care to help out. Would expect more from a certified used dealer, a chevy dealership at that. Would not recommend buying used here, your better off going to a small business dealer and getting the best customer and vehicle satisfaction.

I contacted this dealership with the hope of buying a new Chevy Colorado. I called and asked for a price on a vehicle . They asked me to come in to talk . I said I’m to busy I would have to wait . So the next week the salesman called and said would I be able to come i this week . I said no I’m still busy . I’ll call you when I have some free time . This dealership is the worse I have ever dealt with. The lack customer service, don’t call when they say they will. Over charged me by 3000 and no one will call me back. Definitely the worse experience I have ever had buying a new truck.
