I've boughten a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I went on the list for a new corvette about 2 years ago and my car has finally arrived. Came in to get my tires changed over for my 11:30 am appointment. Just before 1pm, I asked about my can and the lady says it could take up to an hour and half. After and hour and have she comes in and I asking where it is again and then goes on to say it could take an hour and half to 2 hours. One lie after another. I am furious and asked why the lies tell the truth. I have never waited over an hour and half for tire changeover in my life. Terrible! Terrible terrible terrible. Unprofessional. Dealer will add in fees that are not needed, over promise and under deliver! Oh and their “refundable deposit..” they will find a reason to keep it. Don’t trust them! Nothing but a scam of a dealer. I bought my last two vehicles through them, and will not be back. And will not recommend to anyone.

i shall not be giving anymore of my cash to these people anymore, I feel as though i'm a second rate customer. i purchased a $60,000 truck and once they squeeze as much money out of you with services and flushes and such, they lose interest in helping. Issues get shrugged off and calls not returned. I will only be going back for my oil changes for life that i've already paid for.
Was sole my Yukon without front floor mats Was told they would look into it - said they would mail me front ones and were sorry. 3+ weeks still waiting on on these floors mats contacted my sales person said he’d find out and still haven’t heard back or seen the mats Pretty disappointing to have to ruin my floor because of this.
My husband bought a Tahoe from them, four months later there is a transmission issue. Now they won't call him back three days later on any answers. Theres no mentioning of warranty in his package even though he has purchased it. My husband bought an overpriced junk vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE!!! there is another review with the same issue as mine
Unprofessional and misleading: this was the worst experience and dealership I have ever interacted with. My husband recently traded in his vehicle for a 2023 trail boss with this dealership. I was interested in upgrading my vehicle for the same truck as I do a lot of highway driving for work and travelling with my family. I wish there was 0 stars Bought a chevy blazer Sept 2021 To start I was sold a car they didn't have. Had to wait almost a week so they could find one after I signed. The back tire wore out to no tread at all. Was told it was under warranty by more than 1 person and to take it to summit in fort mcmurray.
