The absolute WORST dealership in Sherwood Park. Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a completely different recommendation than I was given). Took our vehicle in to the service department for a check engine light. Vehicle was only 9 years old with 130000km, has had all its maintenance and no accidents. After spending $1000 on repairs that did not fix the issue they just expect us to spend another $2700 on repairs that... read more

Do not buy used vehicles from here, they just throw them on the lot and make up a good report saying nothing is wrong with the vehicle, then sell you as is for top dollar later to find out there's problems, not to mention they are now your problems and they don't care to help out. Would expect more from a certified used dealer, a chevy dealership at that. Would not recommend buying used here, your better off going to a small business dealer and getting the best customer and vehicle satisfaction.
I contacted this dealership with the hope of buying a new Chevy Colorado. I called and asked for a price on a vehicle . They asked me to come in to talk . I said I’m to busy I would have to wait . So the next week the salesman called and said would I be able to come i this week . I said no I’m still busy . I’ll call you when I have some free time . This dealership is the worse I have ever dealt with. The lack customer service, don’t call when they say they will. Over charged me by 3000 and no one will call me back. Definitely the worse experience I have ever had buying a new truck.
Worst experience. Really they live up to the name stealership, sold me a truck that needed repairs and told me they would pay for it once I got the work done and refused to pay for it once the work was finished. And overcharged me for the truck classic !

If you want to feel like you're on the set of The Fast and Furious this is the place to be: a dozen fancy cars crammed in the show room, thumping music blaring from the speakers, cryptic messages/announcements sporadically rolling over the intercom, and probably every single salesperson on staff milling around (sometimes clustered in groups). It took them a full day to complete 20 minute job. Brought my tuck in for the airbag recall. When I booked they said half day. Dropped it off at 8am. They never looked at it until 2:30. Got a report that pretty much everything was broken on my truck. After I demanded it back they finished thier work in 20 minutes.

Absolutely do not recommend this dealership for any kind of transactions.. Got the call from Rylan as the dealership was interested in buying my 2018 gmc sierra truck… long story short They performed “truck inspection “stating that everything possible was leaking and needed to be replaced,the report I was not able to see as i called them out on it as ,had other inspection in my possession showing that truck is in mint condition.. the mechanic”quit” right after he performed the inspection and they weren’t able to provide me w... read more
After having issues I contacted them on a three separate occasions to make it right and no one ever gets back to you. Use a different dealership for service
