Have a service/ inspection done nov 10 2022. I ve never felt more ripped off. Inspection is done according to the service intervals. They changed me for a wheel alignment that wasn't needed .it's the 1st alignment inspection since i got the truck, it should be parr of service package. But it's not so they can make 160.00 vehicle doesn't even have 40 thousand km on it. Service sucks never fixed right and if they mess up they don’t own it. As different dealership found the error with video proof. Sherwood said nope wasn’t them even tho they were the only ones to work on the car Many problems with many different vehicles out of there and they never could seem to fix them right. Buying from there is ok just don’t get work done there. I wouldn’t take my wheelbarrow there to get a flat fixed.
They will tell you anything with no real knowledge of the truck they are selling . tell you one price then have a hire price on the bill of sale the lied about The manufacturer fca warranty being valid ensured me that the 125003 kms on the truck was not over the 160000km fca separate engine warranty but did not no the difference between a ecodiesel engine and a cummis engine witch is actual the engine that is backed up to 160000km not the ecodiesel engine. then they never call you back only had my 2018 dodge ecodiesel 14 day... read more
Ever get the speech from a salesman when you are shopping for a truck and its close to month end and they would really like to sell you a truck before month end to help with their numbers? I usually deal with Pike Wheaton in Red Deer as they are amazing, however with the vehicle shortage I decided to expand my search. I contacted the Sherwood Park Chevrolet, made an apt to see a specific car the next day. Drive and hour and a half to find out the car isn't even on the lot because they loaned it out. Then decided okay maybe I will give them a chance to run numbers anyways, and I can get a nicer newer car for less everywhere else, and trade in my car for $6,000 more at a local dealership.

If you want good service do not deal with Cam or Josh they are so not good to deal with. The dealership say they will give you $500 for recommending a costumer, NOT TRUE. If you want good service deal with Jack.
tried to get a deposit back for 4 days, got the run around over & over, would not buy anything from these shysters!
Sold me a lemon of a truck and offered zero help with it. Can’t keep their word about anything, you will get a lot of I’ll look into that but zero follow through and messed up the paperwork so payments are coming out of the wrong account.
Well I wanted to like the experience here. But it has been awful in the long run. To start with my salesman was great, he made a couple of mistakes one big one, but owned it. Told me the wrong towing capacity for my truck. Didn't find out until after I bought. My biggest issue is how little help the dealership as a whole has been after the fact. I'm trying to get the maintenence plan refunded and a different pack. I called them, they told me to call gm finacial, gm finacial told me to call the dealership. Been 4 days waiting... read more
