I usually deal with Pike Wheaton in Red Deer as they are amazing, however with the vehicle shortage I decided to expand my search. I contacted the Sherwood Park Chevrolet, made an apt to see a specific car the next day. Drive and hour and a half to find out the car isn't even on the lot because they loaned it out. Then decided okay maybe I will give them a chance to run numbers anyways, and I can get a nicer newer car for less everywhere else, and trade in my car for $6,000 more at a local dealership.

If you want good service do not deal with Cam or Josh they are so not good to deal with. The dealership say they will give you $500 for recommending a costumer, NOT TRUE. If you want good service deal with Jack.

Sold me a lemon of a truck and offered zero help with it. Can’t keep their word about anything, you will get a lot of I’ll look into that but zero follow through and messed up the paperwork so payments are coming out of the wrong account.

Well I wanted to like the experience here. But it has been awful in the long run. To start with my salesman was great, he made a couple of mistakes one big one, but owned it. Told me the wrong towing capacity for my truck. Didn't find out until after I bought. My biggest issue is how little help the dealership as a whole has been after the fact. I'm trying to get the maintenence plan refunded and a different pack. I called them, they told me to call gm finacial, gm finacial told me to call the dealership. Been 4 days waiting... read more

The service department needs a complete overhaul. They lie about problems my truck has and try to upscale extras. Had my transmission oil change two weeks prior to my oil change at your dealership and tech comments were dirty oil. Ins on the invoice. Lie about transmission program goes after couple of days so nothing to pull about the problem. Your dealership is not people friendly but only concerned about how much money I will give them. I have never been more disappointed in a dealership on trying to purchase a new vehicle, the salesman Danny Park, I dealt with was on of the most dishonest person I have dealt with ever purchasing a new vehicle. It started well, and we felt like a deal had been made, and I put a "fully refundable" deposit on the truck. right up till I spoke with the finance guy, suddenly all the things Danny had promised in the deal were now extra, and my price went up. By far the WORST customer service experience I've EVER had! Sales manager, Darren Bannink has been extremely unhelpful, argumentative, and unresponsive in trying to help me. I bought my truck last May, and as an incentive to "buy the truck today", I asked that a set of winter tires be included. After a couple of phone calls, they eventually agreed. I recently had my truck in to have it looked at. There was a recall for the passenger airbag. They said my dash was cracked! Right where they had to take it apart! I got a free oil change!?! I’ll NEVER buy a Chev again! Gam did NOTHING to help me!

Thank you for sharing your review, upon review of your file we do see that you were notified that the dash was cracked prior to the recall completion but I understand sometimes you may not notice such damage on the passenger side. Sadly being that the vehicles with these recalls are almost 10 years old GM has stated in the recall print that even if the dash was to be cracked with the recall completion it would not be covered however it appears yours was also cracked prior to the recall.
