The service department needs a complete overhaul. They lie about problems my truck has and try to upscale extras. Had my transmission oil change two weeks prior to my oil change at your dealership and tech comments were dirty oil. Ins on the invoice. Lie about transmission program goes after couple of days so nothing to pull about the problem. Your dealership is not people friendly but only concerned about how much money I will give them. I have never been more disappointed in a dealership on trying to purchase a new vehicle, the salesman Danny Park, I dealt with was on of the most dishonest person I have dealt with ever purchasing a new vehicle. It started well, and we felt like a deal had been made, and I put a "fully refundable" deposit on the truck. right up till I spoke with the finance guy, suddenly all the things Danny had promised in the deal were now extra, and my price went up. By far the WORST customer service experience I've EVER had! Sales manager, Darren Bannink has been extremely unhelpful, argumentative, and unresponsive in trying to help me. I bought my truck last May, and as an incentive to "buy the truck today", I asked that a set of winter tires be included. After a couple of phone calls, they eventually agreed. I recently had my truck in to have it looked at. There was a recall for the passenger airbag. They said my dash was cracked! Right where they had to take it apart! I got a free oil change!?! I’ll NEVER buy a Chev again! Gam did NOTHING to help me!

Thank you for sharing your review, upon review of your file we do see that you were notified that the dash was cracked prior to the recall completion but I understand sometimes you may not notice such damage on the passenger side. Sadly being that the vehicles with these recalls are almost 10 years old GM has stated in the recall print that even if the dash was to be cracked with the recall completion it would not be covered however it appears yours was also cracked prior to the recall. This is just a typical shady car dealership much like they portray in the movies. This used to be a good dealership, but now with new cooperate owners they are just greedy and don't give a darn about customers. Stay away and hang onto your wallet tightly around this place.

Medicore service then when you buy the vehicle and drive it off the lot it gets worse. Doesnt return msgs or calls either. Very disappointing. He defines the stigma of used car salesman

Staff do not known there product. How many managers are Staff do not known there product. How many managers are needed maybe the reason prices are so high is amount of staff? High pressure and no inventory and web pages do not reflect actual inventory.

I tried contacting them by email, text, Facebook messages and calling and they can't be bothered to answer. They only put one picture of the vehicle up per ad which forces you to contact them but they don't answer. When they finally answer they don't answer any of the questions you asked. Don't waste your time with this place.

Very disorganized and I understand covid has an impact but not to this level. Detailing was awful, had all sorts of garbage still in the vehicle in the seat pockets and storage compartments
