It's the best! Easy to use for our pizza delivery shop. My opinion is the system is very easy to use, and a nice system. We use the Online ordering and the free website they gave us which using AI was set up within 10 minutes! We also use the wireless Skytab mobiles for our piece of delivery drivers and they work well. Thanks!

Outstanding Support from my sales Rep Dan on POS System Selection Dan is a pure professional. Without Dan, I am quite certain any other sales rep would have sold us the wrong equipment. Outstanding Customer Service Shift4 is by far one of the best companies we interact with by way of customer service...In an era where customer service is precipitously on the decline, Shift4 actually shows care, consideration, and wherewithal each time I deal with them regardless of the department...Big shot out to Cassandra in chargebacks!

High charges with no delivery We have a russian gaming online shop that needed to transfer some funds from our payment processor at finaro and were told shift 4 is the most professional at this. They even have a whole line of jets that can be used to transfer funds at the speed of sound around the world. All we had to do is give them a few duffle bags of cash and the ceo would personally deliver it. However, things went wrong and they decided to hold our money and not return it. Shift 4 will not honor clients contracts and simply extort them @shift4 is holding it'*******@GivexCorp clients hostage, they are not honoring these clients and demanding they pay a non-existent annual fee in order to extort these clients and force them to switch the POS to Shift 4. Stay clear of this deceitful company.
