horrible, horrible shady dealership! I bought a used car and, "Honda Certified" no less. I noticed one tire had a gouge and pointed it out and they ended up replacing it. I should have looked a little closer at the others! Took the car home and 2 days later the tire pressure light went on. I'll start my review by saying I have never owned anything besides a Honda. Last month, I was looking to upgrade my 2019 Honda Civic EX with 44k miles. My car was in great condition, no issues whatsoever. I found a 2023 Honda Accord EX- L Hybrid. The dealership was great at working with me to get the accord to a price that worked for me. Yesterday, the general manager hit me up about my card. Need to talk to me earliest to my convenience when you took my car to get a oil change. Something else started leaking on my car and I was explaining to them when I brought my car to them. I bought a 2016 Honda pilot two years ago. Two days driving the roof rack left rail flew off in the wind. They wouldn't replace it. Said the repair would be 113.00 Then my emissions light started , traction control light started , trailer assist light. It started shifting rough. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They kept the car 3 days to fix a recall were supposed to have it detailed. Three days later no fix on the recall and they brought it to us with sand on the back seats that wasn't there when we bought the car. They said oops just from throwing the dirty floor mats on the seat. We will detail it free for you sometime?? Also didn't give me the key for the locking lug nuts. DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY'LL SELL YOU A LEMON! I'm still doing research But I'll probably be filing a complaint with the Consumer Advocate at the Attorney General's office about this horrible and unethical experience! BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH. Found a car online and made an appointment to see it the next day. Drove 30 miles to the dealer and when we got there we never met with Nick, Ismael helped us with no explanation of why. We noticed the price of the car had gone up by 3k.
