Well, After delaying my shipment then stating it was shipped, it was not. On 2nd Sept I received notification it was shipped out to AZ to then be shipped to me. Well, it is still showing shipped and after 6 business days I chatted with them. (The status stated it would show tracking in a day or two, it did not). The person stated it would be sometime later this week once it arrives to there FFL here in AZ. It is 2 states away. Very good at selling, absolutely terrible at follow through. They are very helpful and nice while in the process of ordering. Once the order is in and approved the customer service goes out the window, it switches to unhelpful and rude. My advice is find another supplier to do business with. There is a reason they have a 2.14/5 rating with the BBB.

Well, they started off ok. They were slow to get the LEO letter to here but this is when they turned bad, in my opinion. I was told that the suppressor would ship the days after LEO clearance 8/22/2024. I called the week after as it was not showing shipped. The person said it would go out that week. I called again, 8/30 and was told they were backed up as many people in AZ were ordering them. Then, I received an email stating they were out of stock on an adaptor and it would be sometime in Sept that the adaptor would be back... read more

Terrible service, I purchased an item, and wanted to cancel due to not wanting the item any longer, due to the frustrating process. They tell me that I will only get 75% refund, and a gift card to use on their site only. This is Fraud and Theft of my personal Money. I may have to go the route of legal action against the company

Initially allowed me to order a product that was not in stock, claiming it was in stock. After cancelling the order, they have now failed to credit my account properly, and I am currently in a dispute about the charges. Previously, too, in communicating with customer service, they were particularly unhelpful and rude. If I could give this company a 0, I absolutely would.

Does not work as advertised. Contacted them to no avail. Last email received no response. Not worth the Money & No Customer Satisfaction.

The process was a little clunky but I got 2/3 suppressors delivered. I received a part of the 3rd suppressor that was shipped incomplete because the parts were back ordered. I’m told it will be several more months for the parts to come in assuming that I get them. Got to love paying over 3000$ Waiting for the ATF approval for months, to be sent for a useless chunk of metal because the suppressor parts I ordered where shipped to others. After completing all legal requirements and receiving no communication whatsoever, I had to contact silencer central’s customer service multiple times to finally get an answer as to when I could expect my suppressors. I finally found out today, after being told a generic “they’re in the queue to ship” by several agents over chat, that silencer central knew that it would be an additional 6 weeks minimum before my suppressors would even ship.
