The receptionists at the center were very polite and helpful. When we called scheduling the young man on the phone was also very polite and patient. We are a elderly couple so we are sometimes in need of a little assistance, we were quite pleased with the entire experience. We would highly recommend using your facility.
My husband had to have a certain kind of bone scan and the staff there were awesome !
My appointment was for 1030 and 11 And by 1210 I was out of there very fast efficient the receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant I would recommend SimonMed imaging to everyone thank you all for your courteous service

Everyone there was very kind and patient very professional the only problem was the wait, I don’t know if they overbooked or machines are old or not enough staff on hand, other than that the staff was very very good

This is my second time using SimonMed, first place in Sanford, the staff were extremely profissional and sweet. The place was extremely clean and organized. My second time I used the Ocoee location to do a more intensive procedure. Upon arrive I thought that was a little seating disorganized for a Covid era, they could have more seating in safety for everyone to use instead people standing all over the place.
