Terrible just trying to make a $10 payment. Didn't want to do it on-line so called 4 different numbers and it was as if I were in the twilight zone caught in a never ending transfer nightmare. Finally reached a human in ******** and asked for an address to send my payment, which was a PO Box in *****. Have decided to walk-in to the location I received my imaging. Will never do anything with SimonMed again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

HORRIBLE!!!!HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!!! SCHEDULING A NIGHTMARE.. SIMON MED A NIGHTMARE AND MGR. ******* IS INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETELY INEPT! WORKER NAMED FAITH W/PINK HAIR IS RUDE, SMIRKING &LAUGHING , HUMILIATING AND INSULTING TO MY WIFE AND I. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE MEDICAL BOARD AND HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED!!!!!

I was burned from the mri. My face, lip , tongue upper arm with large blisters. Medical gown was not given. I had no medal on me. I want answers as to how I could be so burned

Did not provide upfront prices, told me it was covered by my insurance. It was not. Would not take payments. Forced me into a billing through imaginepay. Upcharged for payment plan. The canceled payment plan. Started new payment plan with upcharge again, through no fault of my own. Horrible experience, terrible customer service unethical billing practices in my opinion.

I have had very unpleasant experiences with SimonMed, across all three locations in **********. I booked my annual mammogram appointment with their facility on *********** in *************, they canceled my appointment when I checked in. The reason was their machine was broken down. And I rescheduled for the following week, but again it was canceled an hour before my appointment. And I finally got the mammogram done in the ********* facility a week later. I was referred to Simon Med Imaging by two chiropractors who are good colleagues of mine. I presented myself as a doctor inquiring about the costs of imaging related to various body parts, i.e. low back elbow etc., which insurances they accept and what the cost would be if a patient paid out of pocket. The person(s) I spoke with had difficulty understanding my question and when finally one operator acknowledged the clarity of my inquiry, I was left hanging on the phone for more than twenty minutes before I had to hang up. Terrible experience today with Simon med Imaging, we drove 45 min to ********* location for a full body MRI scan, myself and my husband and found out we werent scheduled! Wanted to file a phone complaint, passed from one worker to another, request to speak with a manager they hang up on me! Very professional Simon med!Done with this healthcare provider! Not even one star

Terrible experience. I was referred by my surgeon for an *** that was needed immediately. I contacted SimonMed and provided all of my insurance information. The first ****** on the phone disconnected me while I was on phone instead of putting me on hold. She didn't call back so I called them back. The file was in the system showing that it was at least in process. I again provided my insurance information and was told that they were putting me on hold for authorization. Horrible experience! I had to reschedule 3 separate times. The staff on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They treat you like an assembly line and belittle you when you express frustration. I decided to cancel my appointment all together because the customer experience was the worst Ive ever had.
