They won't stop calling me. I have told the repeatedly to remove me from the system but as soon as I answer to tell them that the calls increase. This has been going on for 6 months.

This is a horrible company. For scheduling or inquiries they put you on hold for up to an hour, then it's very common to get disconnected. When you do get a live person, they can barely speak English. They always charge the wrong amount of money for a procedure. It takes about 10 microseconds to charge my credit card, but when they finally figure out the true amount, it takes 3 months to be reimbursed. Worst mammogram facility I have ever been. 1. Questioned as to why I needed diagnostic when my doctor ordered it and my grandmother died from metastatic breast cancer and mother had 2 mastectomies. 2. Submitted all info ahead but had none received on file. Had to redo everything. Did not have my prior records. 3. Put in a hallway near exit door having employees coming and going as well as patients for all types of procedures while sitting braless in a pink front opening cape. 3. Horrible service the older guy at the front desk did not know what he was doing when putting my X-ray order in. Took him over a hour people came in 30 45 minutes after me for X-rays who were seen before me. Then he entered my insurance information wrong and a get a bill $365 for a Xray PF my knees. Thats not counting the X-rays I had for both shoulders the same day. Offshore scheduling in a time consuming (and invasive questioning) queue makes scheduling difficult and frustrating due to communication barriers. When I asked to speak to a scheduler that spoke American English, my call was sent to a black hole.

I have been overcharged by thousands, but I needed the imagining, and trying to collect my refund was a strain. Including the printer not working to have another source of proof of what I paid. There has been issues with data leaks and I believe there was a HIPAA violation that was handled on the DL. I feel almost harassed through them contacting me for imaging. I would leave a zero star review if it were an option. I went to SimonMed for my annual mammogram. They were a preferred provider for my insurance. Without any prior notice, they insisted on full payment ($327.54) for the procedure and included a $9.82 "convenience fee" for putting it on a credit card. They refused service unless this was paid. They changed my appointment eight times. The language barriers in Tagalog do not have the mental capacity to schedule and keep an appointment correctly. I might have cancer in a tumor and all of a sudden my appointment date is rescheduled to a date later than when I'm supposed to choose my next year insurance plan. 17 phone calls in an attempt to verify my appointments. They don't send any confirmation via text or email. I'm accusing of collusion with my insurance company to prevent and delay my medical care.
