I live in ********* 1.5 hours away, and have had my critical PET scan cancelled day of 3 times now! Two of the times I was already en route to the facility. Apparently their machine was broken. Do yourself favor and go elsewhere. Dont bother wasting your time with their back and forth.

Horrible service. Just hung up on me after putting me on hold when THEY called ME! Been trying to get xray all week at nearby *** and haven't been able for 3 days now,and can't make appointments for xrays there. Will try again today. Their billing also stinks, my husband's last bill took nearly 2 years to clear up. They are a racket as most doctors only use and prefer them.

I have never before experienced an organization with this level of dysfunction. Thy Rescheduled my critically important MRI 5 times. Twice I went through Fasting and drive across town only to be told equipment was broken or couldnt do my exam. Stunningly incompetent.

This office is unorganized and the employees are rude. A patient was there today and the nurse could not read her name correctly.?she said I cant read your writing in front of all of us. Then to top it off I was never called for my appointment and I left after 45 minutes.They never checked me in. I called my doctors office and I will be going somewhere else.

I was called on a Saturday to be told that my order for breast imaging was canceled by my doctor. She sais she would hold my spot and give me time to contact my doctor. Monday the doctor's office said they never canceled the order. When I called Simon med they said your appointment was filled. It took a long time to get them to decide to fit me in the schedule ******** the facility, the tech did the ultrasound of and the axillary lymph node area. Call Center in ******* HORRIBLE! Just trying to schedule and got hung up on over and over. Gave ALL inform to one individual and then hung up on to call back and have to give ALL to a completely different ******. When I said I was going to call the location direct it was a no...no...no.The second ****** was a man and was extremely condescending..... and completely inept. I hung up!! Should be fired!Go somewhere else.

Horrible! Had 6:45 am appointment today. Front desk person was late. Ignored me when I walked in. Finally, front desk person says, "What's your name?" Not good morning. Not may I halep you. Front desk person then says, "We don't do that test here." WHAT?? SimonMed scheduled the appointment with the doctor's order in hand explaining the testing procedures in detail. Terrible just trying to make a $10 payment. Didn't want to do it on-line so called 4 different numbers and it was as if I were in the twilight zone caught in a never ending transfer nightmare. Finally reached a human in ******** and asked for an address to send my payment, which was a PO Box in *****. Have decided to walk-in to the location I received my imaging. Will never do anything with SimonMed again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

HORRIBLE!!!!HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!!! SCHEDULING A NIGHTMARE.. SIMON MED A NIGHTMARE AND MGR. ******* IS INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETELY INEPT! WORKER NAMED FAITH W/PINK HAIR IS RUDE, SMIRKING &LAUGHING , HUMILIATING AND INSULTING TO MY WIFE AND I. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE MEDICAL BOARD AND HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED!!!!!
