Zero stars would be an amazing gift to these sub-humans. They lie, they lie, and when they are done lying, they lie more. ***** does NOT have a true open MRI, but they tell you that they do. This company should be out of business and the owners in jail! Frauds!

Told I owe for service thats 100% covered by my insurance. When I asked did you speak with my insurance or are you just taking what my deductible is. They admitted they dont verify with insurance they just look at the system and see what my deductible is. This is such a scam. Now I have to wait over 8 weeks to get reimbursed for something I should never have been charged.

If there was only a No Star.. trash patient service ..horrible phone service.. everyone speaks idk what language but can't understand half of them... lost my paper copy of my order for 4 different exams.. only reason I tried to use them today was for comparison images

I had an MRI back in March 2023. I paid $450 at time of service and was told this was my responsibility. We started to get repeating bills for $1000 more from them. United Healthcare and its partners determined the proper TOTAL payment was about $215, NOT $450. Simonmed billing told me I will be getting back $235. I called billing repeatedly since and they have been dragging their feet for months, still no refund. They refuse to connect me to a manager and are not issuing the refund they stated I am entitled to. Beware of th... read more

I wish I could give Zero stars! My original DOS was 9/28/2022. I was asked if I could pay the entire amount and couldnt so they asked me if I could make a $50 payment and then make monthly payments of $50. I said yes. So the next month, 10/28/2022, a $50 payment was deducted from my bank account. I the paid for my two bills, one of them on 11/7/2022 for $126.63 and the second one was on 11/10/2022 for $226.65. I wish I couldgive it zero stars. Where do I start?1. They try to charge more t han your copay per your insurance. Like $175 for an MRI instead of $50.2. A broken CT machine, and they don't call you to reschedule your appointment.3. We were given incorrect information about the way t he MRI would be performed on the second attempt.4. Worst experience over this past week. I was given the runaround and the wrong prep instructions twice. After four appointments being canceled by Simon med staff I finally have a facility that will actually do my MRI (fingers crossed). Office staff doesn't care that you are being ran around town or that your cancer diagnosis isn't being taken seriously. This is taking a toll on me and my family, mentally.

This company needs training for management, they are incompetent and rude and discriminate people they don't like. do not apply at any of their call centers , there are better jobs out that you can be appreciated for.

I was overcharged by $300 in February 2023. ***************** and SMI confirmed in May that I was over billed and needed refunded. As of July 25 I have not received a refund. Have called 5 times and get a different answer each time. FYI - I was told they will not even look at issuing a refund until the patient calls in and asks for it. How many people are owed refunds and have no idea!
