This company is horrific! They overcharged ** for my son's 2 visits on December 12, 2022 and January 16, 2023 and I am STILL fighting to get our overpayment refunded back to us!!!! I have called on 3/28, 4/27, 6/1, 6/9 and today 7/3 and every single time I am told it has been escalated to the "back end office" and to allow ***** business days for refund. If I had done this to them I would have been reported to a debt collection company by now. REFUND MY $552.12!!!!!

No stars for this company. I called their customer service number to arrange payments for an MRI. The guy I spoke with was incompetent and said I could not pass verification because I could not verify an old address they had on file. He hung up on me. I tried to go online to pay and I was blocked for fraud because I couldn't verify an old address. OMG this company needs severe help.

I was told to pay around $500 for an MRI requested by my doctor. I paid a portion of almost $100 and then payment arrangements. I received a notice from my insurance company that I had a copay of $50 (or less) and that I should have never paid Simon Med. I had to call and request the autopayment to stop because they were going to continue to take my money. I am reporting this company for fraudulently taking our money and giving us the non stop runaround when trying to recover what even they agree they owe us. I have wasted 5/6 hours of my life on the phone with them and am now resorting to this. My wife had a procedure 1/25/2203 and the re-insurance estimate they demanded as prepayment was $450.54 which we paid via our Flexible Spending Account. I had a complaint and could not get a manager at ********. Waited almost a month to schedule a ct even though my primary had sent the authorization and referral. I took the orders myself in person. After 3 weeks of no calls back, I tried many times to schedule with no response. They told me they had "lost" the orders and had to start over. I canceled and went to Orlando ******* You should not put patients thru this. I will be opening a case today. In am also going to open a case with the ************************ this Company needs to be investigated. They took payments out of my charge card and say they didn't get the money when they actually took over what they should have. I had to get 6 months of Credit Card statements sent to me so I can prove they took this on my MRI. Been fighting this for 5 months! If I could choose negative stars, I would. They said I had to be there early for paperwork, then made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. It was obvious by the number of people there that they overbook. I will not be going back. Ever.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I would give them zero stars if I could. Their financial practices should be illegal and they should lose their license to practice. Their policy is not to perform the service until you pay them what they say your insurance will not pay. It turns out they overcharged me $171 back in February, 2023. I received a bill that showed I owed $971.00 that did not include my insurance info. I contacted customer service and was told that they did not receive any of my insurance info. I provided the rep with my info and was told to allow ***** days to update. I then received another bill 1.5 months later and called back to customer service and spoke with another rep who informed me that they didn't have any insurance info.
