My stay here from the start was horrible. I checked in late on Friday night and when we walked in the hallways to go to our rooms it was filthy. Trash, napkins, and toilet paper all throughout the hallways. My pillow in the room had mascara all over it and they don't even have real sheets on the bed. Then I go to sleep and wake up to bug bites all over my body. I left the hotel and stayed at the GSR until Sunday morning. I checked out of silver legacy and complained to the manager. We were there with a huge group for the Triple Crown fast pitch world series. You would think that during the booking sales would mention all of the extra fees but nope, we had to pay 290 more than we thought. We specifically asked for non-smoking for medical reasons and we were put on the 26th floor where smoking is allowed. After fighting for almost 2 hours finally we were moved. Asked for non-smoking room, BUT still smell smoke ordor coming from air conditioning vent
We stayed in the King suit with jetted tub the tub was so big we could have fit 4 people in it at once. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a refrigerator in the room. Staff is good, no large line at check in and they meet you with Champaign as you wait for check in. The pool is crowded with kids but we didn't come here to swim. I didn't like be charged for a pool, workout room and spa if we do not use it. They charge $20 A night for this Convenience even when you don't use it. Bad on them for that �
No microwave, or refrigerator. The sheer curtains were stained, and the valance had visible built up dust. The floor needed a vacuum, or a giant lint roller. Some electrical plugs didn't have covers which I noticed when I plugged in the lights that didn't work. The clock was unplugged. Water rings on the nightstand. Yellowed light switches and covers.
